About Us
IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation (IOGC) is a wholly owned entity of Lagos State Government and an establishment under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, recognized under the IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation Law, 2013 (now Cap 11, Laws of Lagos State, 2015). We commenced operations in the 3rd quarter of 2016.
IOGC is committed to a high level of corporate governance and promoting a culture that values ethical behaviour, integrity and respect. We believe that adopting and operating in accordance with high standards of corporate governance is essential for sustainable long-term performance and value creation.
