
Doyin Akinyanju
Managing Director / CEO
Doyin Akinyanju is a leader with a proven track record of business growth, efficiency improvement, and profitability increases acquired from 27 years of experience, in numerous management and senior leadership positions, across geographic regions.
Doyin graduated with a degree in Chemistry with honours from the University of Lagos in Nigeria, went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Wales College of Cardiff Business School, and then qualified for the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She also completed Executive Finance training at the International Institute for Management Development, Switzerland.
She was Chief Executive Officer for GE Oil & Gas in West and Central Africa and Chief Strategy Officer for GE Oil & Gas in Sub-Saharan Africa for 2.5 years. She previously held senior managerial positions with Schlumberger where she spent 18.5 years in global and regional workspaces including Kenya, Ethiopia and Gulf of Guinea. Doyin has served on several boards and is Co-Founder of DFD SmarTech Construction. Doyin Akinyanju currently serves as the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation.
Temitayo Gbajumo
Operations Manager
Temitayo Gbajumo is a graduate of Economics from De-Montfort University, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. He also attended Federal Government College, Ijanikin, Lagos, Nigeria. He has almost 20 years work experience in Private and Public sectors including Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC), MTS First Wireless, Lotto Nigeria and Cem Consultant.
His experience widely covers procurement, contract management, logistics, and operations. Temitayo joined the Public Sector in 2011 through Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA), as the Head of Operations, where he was primarily responsible for setting up and developing the Agency’s marine operations.
He is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, with interests in swimming, football, golf and reading. Temitayo is currently the Head, Supply Chain Management at IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation and is happily married with children.


Olubusola Lawal
Financial Controller
Olubusola Lawal is an enthusiastic finance professional with provable knowledge and track record of financial Planning and Analysis, liquidity and treasury management, effective process execution, retaining and sustaining wealth, whilst controlling financial risk and communicating comprehensive solutions to stakeholders.
She is a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. Olubusola is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. She is also a member of CFI (Corporate Finance Institute, Canada) and a professional member of CIMA Global (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK).
Her work experience spans across financial reporting, financial management, strategic growth, business performance, financial control and stakeholder engagement acquired over 13 years. Before Joining IOGC, she worked in Resourcery Plc as the financial Controller and in other leadership and management positions. Olubusola Lawal is currently the Financial Controller for IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation.
Kayode Anibaba
Gas Infrastructure and Marketing Manager
Kayode is a passionate and driven professional with a background in Finance and Accounting. He obtained a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2008, followed with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Human Relations (MSC) from Oklahoma City University and The University of Oklahoma respectively in 2011, both with distinction.
Over the past decade, Kayode has garnered financial and project management experience from various companies such as Finley and Cook CPA (USA), 960 Group (a subsidiary of Verod Capital), Lekki Free Trade Zone, BGL and Aristokrat 360 Limited. Anibaba joined IBILE Oil and Gas in 2016 as the Technical Assistant to the Managing Director, thereafter became Head, Project Finance. Currently, he heads the Gas Infrastructure and Marketing Department.


Eguono Soewu
Legal Adviser/Company Secretary
Eguono is a result-oriented professional with over 14 years’ experience in corporate and commercial practice including acquisitions and divestments of oil and gas assets, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, and drafting, employment law, project finance, corporate secretarial practice, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Eguono graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Lagos and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
Eguono is passionate about sustainable development, gas utilization, and monetization. She is a member of the Nigerian Gas Association and the Nigerian Bar Association.
Damilola Olakunle-Ajayi
Downstream Business Manager
Damilola is a highly motivated individual with experience in various sectors of the Oil and Gas industry. He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham where he obtained a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering in 2012.
Prior to Joining IOGC, Damilola served in Baker Hughes as a Completion Field Engineer with vast experience in land rigs, shallow waters and deep offshore, where he demonstrated a strong ability to effectively shift between high level strategic planning to tactical implementation. He has a proven ability in synthesizing and utilizing market analysis and customer insights in order to develop effective marketing strategies, collateral, and communications.
He is experienced in developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with critical stakeholders, paramount to success of projects. Damilola joined IOGC in 2016 as the Commercial and Industrial Executive and has taken on increasing responsibilities within the company in business development. Damilola currently serves as the Downstream Business Manager of IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation.


Tessy Momoh
Risk & Compliance Manager
Tessy is a result-oriented and self-motivated person with passion for excellence and integrity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN).
Prior to joining IBILE oil and gas corporation, she worked at SIAO partners as a Manager in the Financial and Risk Assurance Services department. She also worked extensively at Pal Pensions where she was the Team lead, Operational and Financial Audit in the Internal Audit department.
She has 10years cumulative work experience and her experience spans across Accounting, Pensions Management, Investment, Internal Auditing, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Compliance and Financial Consulting.
Tessy is currently the Risk and Compliance Manager for IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation.
Bernard Akinnola
Head, Treasury
Bernard Akinnola is a resilient and result-oriented professional with a track record in analytical skill and financial regulations compliance in treasury operations and project management.
He bagged a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Financial Management) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, and holds a Diploma in Project Management from University of Lagos. Bernard is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management (CIL&RM). He is a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, a member of the Society for Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention, Computer Forensics Institute of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, and Nigerian Institute of Management.
He has worked in various Ministries and Agencies of Government and held many leading financial positions, before his current deployment to IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation in 2017. He also engages in part-time lecturing as a passion for capacity development in Environmental, Oil and Gas Accounting. Bernard is currently the Head Treasury / Project Finance Manager of IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation.


Omowumi Adenuga
People and Culture Manager
Omowunmi is a senior HR Generalist with over 10 years experience working in various business sectors including Aviation, Engineering, Services and Consulting. She is passionate and result-driven, a team player and a strong believer in and a proponent of the school of thought that ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’.
She garnered HR experience working with companies such as H.Balogun Consulting, Evergreen Aviation, Air Separation Nigeria Ltd and RS Hunter Ltd in different HR roles such as HR Adviser, HR Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, HR Manager.
Her areas of expertise include People Management, Policies & Processes development and implementation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Administration.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Law from Keele University, UK and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey, UK. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK.
Abisoye Agagu
Commercial Manager
Abisoye is a highly adaptable, dynamic professional with exposure to a wide range of fields, having trained principally as a scientist, she possesses analytical and problem-solving skills which enable her to discharge her duties proficiently.
Abisoye obtained degrees in Pharmacology and Forensic Science and has almost two decades of postgraduate work experience starting with a career in telecommunications before settling for a path in the oil and gas industry.
Abisoye joined IOGC in 2020 as a commercial executive and now heads the commercial department. She enjoys reading, taking walks, and is happily married with children.


Tosin Baruwa
Business Support Manager
Oluwatosin Baruwa is a passionate Public Service Administrator with very strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and a dedicated team player.
She bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University (LASU), Nigeria.
A committed goal-getter, Tosin is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Tosin’s ability to learn and adapt to change in a dynamic environment has traversed her career as an Administrative Officer in various Lagos State Ministries, Departments and Agencies including the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and Debt Management Office, until she joined IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation in February 2016.
Tosin Baruwa is currently the Business Support Manager and Government Liaison of IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation.
